Welcome to the Boys & Girls Club of Eastern Piedmont
?xml:namespace>
The Boys and Girls Club of Eastern Piedmont, North Carolina was formed in late 2008 by concerned citizens in Orange and Western Chatham counties to help raise funds so that Boys and Girls Clubs could be opened in each county. In our counties, boys and girls are left to find their own recreation and companionship in the streets. An increasing number of children are at home with no adult care or supervision. Young people need to know that someone cares about them.
Boys & Girls Clubs offer that and more. Club programs and services promote and enhance the development of boys and girls by instilling a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging and influence.
Boys & Girls Clubs are a safe place to learn and grow – all while having fun. They are truly The Positive Place for Kids.
Our Goal is to open Boys and Girls Clubs both in Orange and Western Chatham Counties. Our first Western Chatham site, Siler City, opened June 30, 2010. In Chapel Hill, we plan on utilizing the Pine Knolls Community Center (off of Johnson street). Our office phone number is 919-663-6159.
Please help us in our goal to help the children of our communities by donating now.
